Hello, today I will present to you one of my favorite and favorite dish. That is mango pudding. Our tree is almost finished with mangoes so I thought today let's make a pudding with mangoes. Puddings are most loved by young children. It's not that adults don't like it either. But my daughter and I both love to eat it. I am going to present to you a very simple method of making mango pudding. I love everyone's food posts in this community. Inspired by everyone's recipes, I am sharing this recipe with you today. Hope you like it. So let's see how I made this delicious mango pudding very easily.
NECESSARY INGREDIENTS

8-10 Mango
Sugar 100 grams
Agar agar powder 1 tbsp
Strainer

First I cleaned the mangoes very well. Then I squeezed the barks with my hands and took out all the juices.
This time, with the help of a strainer, I took the ashes separately and poured them into a bowl. Then I poured 100 grams of sugar in it.
Then I gave one spoon of agar-agar powder and then with the help of a spoon I stirred the mixture very well and mixed all the ingredients together.
This time I boiled the mixture with the net on induction for three minutes. After cooling a little, I poured it into a container.
At this stage I kept the pot in the normal fridge for half an hour. After half an hour I took it out and cut around it with a knife and poured it on a plate.
Finally poured into a serving bowl and tried to create an emoji with some powdered milk. And I made eyeballs for the emoji's eyes with some tea leaf to make the food a little more fun.
