The 5 times thing caught my attention, but I loved the recipe, as well as being super simple to prepare this adorable and wonderful meat, thanks for sharing it.

It is a technique that we do to cook the octopus, it is called scaring. Its meat is quite tender, the water must be boiling. Greetings!
