I prepared it my way, nothing professional hehe, I just wanted to make something delicious to eat with the family, and although I had some problems preparing it and visually does not look very good, I assure you that the taste was very tasty.
Ingredientes / Ingredients
- 1 kilo de arroz (si el arroz es cocido de un día antes, mucho mejor.)
- 500 g de mortadela de pollo
- Salsa de soja
- Cebollín ( muchooo cebollín, es el que le da ese sabor tan rico)
Aceite
Con estos pocos ingredientes prepare el arroz, hay quienes le agregan muchas más cosas. Este es sencillo, para resolver el almuerzo, igual quedo rico

No tenía arroz cocido, así que prepare primero el arroz y lo deje enfriar por un buen rato.
Anécdota: preparando el arroz nos quedamos sin gas, toco usar la cocina eléctrica, resulta que el arroz se me volvió un mazacote. Para los que no saben soy de Venezuela, así que no podía desperdiciar ese arroz, así que igualmente lo utilice para esta receta. A ustedes les quedara mejor ja ja

Picamos la mortadela en cuadritos pequeños y el cebollín. Pasamos a la cocina y los sofreímos juntos en un caldero grande.
