As I mentioned before, one of the activities I enjoy the most is going out to eat in different places, although it is true that over time we determine which are the places we like the most to go out to eat, sometimes it is necessary to try new things, and I am not necessarily talking about new foods, but other food proposals that we usually eat frequently. The hamburger is one of those fast foods that abound when it comes to food establishments, in this country, for example, we can find dozens of places that sell hamburgers and at very varied prices, there are from street places on any corner to restaurants in shopping malls.
This time we went to the shopping center Paseo Estación Central, located on Constitution Avenue with Mariño Street in the city of Maracay, Venezuela, there I found the restaurant Meex Food, which, although by its name seems to be a place that sells Mexican food, they sell hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, fries and pepitos, that is, food that is usually found in the streets, but with a more delicate touch.
So, what I ordered was a Basic L beef hamburger, this one comes with a cream with pickles, lettuce and cheddar cheese. As a side, some french fries and a soda. The first thing I will highlight about what I ordered is the presentation, the burger is served on a wooden board with a very nice gridded paper, I think this is somehow nice because it is not the typical disposable plastic plates, so without a doubt the experience changes.
Another thing that caught my attention was the bread, this one has some yellow tones that also distinguish it from the rest, it is noticeable that it is a bread made by themselves with their touch of originality, this one was soft and fluffy, so as far as the bread is concerned I give it 100 points. The meat was not very big, but it is something understandable taking into account that it is a 4.5$ burger, however, it had very good taste, so for me it was more than enough. The cheddar cheese played a fundamental role since it made the burger have that texture that I like so much, besides, the flavor was amplified thanks to the pickle cream.
Anyway, I think the Meex Food restaurant serves very good burgers, it is a place to which I have no doubt I will return to try other burgers on the menu, if I loved this basic one, then surely the others will increase the level. I found very interesting the detail of the wooden board and the good service, if I had to give a score to this restaurant then it would be 7.5/10.
