That sounds pretty good if you are using olive oil mostly. As this is pressed and not from seed.

I think seed oils is coming up alot recently due to the high consumption and that people are linking it to negative outcomes, even when it it is filtered for toxicity.

It is believed that it is highly inflammatory and was used as a lubricant in cars before. It also slows your metabolism causing weight gain. I do not know if the claims are true or not and I have just been trying to exclude it for a month so far, but the seed oils seem to be everywhere in processed foods which sort of then makes sense.
