Different regions have different customs as well as the culinary arts, I want to share with my friends all about the traditional culinary specialties of my area, namely Aceh Indonesia, this culinary has been around for generations and is loved by many people from various circles.
This culinary name is Kuah Belangong, it is called Kuah Belangong because the pan where it is cooked is very large and how to cook it using fire from burning wood, Belangong means a frying pan for cooking.
This culinary belangong sauce is made from young goat meat which is still very fresh, this goat is slaughtered in the cooking area, but the goat is slaughtered on the spot so that the goat meat remains fresh and does not smell fishy.
This culinary has taboos for people who have high blood pressure, the habit of people who have high blood pressure cannot consume goat meat, for normal people this culinary is safe at least the blood pressure increases slightly.
