Ingredientes:

Cuatro papas pequeñas
Harina de trigo
Dos huevos
Queso semiduro
Aceite
Sal.

Preparación:

Limpiar las papas, retirarle la piel y rallarlas luego colocar las papas en un colador y exprimir con un tenedor para eliminarles el exceso de agua.
