Acehnese fried noodles: one of Aceh's signature noodles

Today I will share the recipe for Acehnese fried noodles (Aceh fried noodles), and of course how to make these noodles is very easy, okay let's see! tools and materials for making noodles

  1. wet yellow noodles: 200-300 grams (for 2 servings yield)
  2. bean sprouts (50-40 gr / to taste)
  3. finely sliced ​​cabbage (50gr)
    4.Tomatoes: remove seeds and cut lengthwise (according to taste)
  4. Shallots, sliced ​​- 3 grains 6.
    Garlic, sliced ​​- 2 cloves (for those who don't like garlic, you can skip it)
  5. Leeks, sliced ​​- 1 or 2 stalks
  6. Celery leaves, sliced ​​- 2 stalks

1 tomato Garlic

Steps

1.Heat the oil. Saute onion, garlic, and ground spices until fragrant.
2 Enter the bean sprouts, cabbage, and tomatoes. Stir well and cook until wilted.

  1. Enter the yellow noodles, bay leaves, and water. Stir well.
    4 Add soy sauce, vinegar, stock powder, pepper and salt. Stir well and cook until the water is reduced. Taste correction.
    5 Finally, add the leeks and celery just before removing it. Lift.
