Shallots - 5 grains
1 tomato Garlic
3 cloves Red chilies
5 pieces small chilies
fruit Turmeric - 1 cm
Cardamom - 2 pieces
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Anise - a pinch
Steps
1.Heat the oil. Saute onion, garlic, and ground spices until fragrant.
2 Enter the bean sprouts, cabbage, and tomatoes. Stir well and cook until wilted.
- Enter the yellow noodles, bay leaves, and water. Stir well.
4 Add soy sauce, vinegar, stock powder, pepper and salt. Stir well and cook until the water is reduced. Taste correction.
