Hello hive friends, I hope you are doing well and enjoying the month of January with your families, a few days ago my mom told me that January is going very fast, and I started to see and if it is true literally December 24 was almost three weeks ago and December 31 was almost two weeks ago, I was amazed that this month we are already half way through. One of the things I was looking forward to this month is because my little brother had his birthday on January 11, he turned 10 years old and to celebrate it we went out to eat at a place that I love their food because they sell different dishes. My sister and I chose this place and we agreed that we would invite our brother to eat and since he loves chicken we decided that we would take him to eat grilled chicken in a place near our house, not too far away, it takes about 10 or 15 minutes to get there. I hope you stay and find out how the pollo a la brasa was and how we spent the moment.
Hola amigos hive, espero que se encuentren muy bien y estén disfrutando el mes de enero con sus familias, hace unos días mi mamá me comento que el mes de enero se está yendo muy rápido, y me puse a ver y si es verdad literalmente el 24 de diciembre fue hace casi tres semanas y 31 de diciembre fue ya casi dos semanas yo me quede asombrada que este mes ya vamos por la mitad. Unas de las cosas que estaba esperando este mes es porque mi hermanito chiquito que su cumpleaños fue el 11 de enero, él cumplió 10 años y para celebrarlo salimos a comer en un lugar que me encanta su comida porque vender diferentes platillos de comida. Este lugar lo escogimos mi hermana y yo y quedamos que invitaríamos a comer a nuestro hermano y como a él le encanta el pollo decidimos que lo llevaríamos a comer pollo a la brasa en un lugar cerca de nuestra casa no muy lejos, son como 10 o 15 min que uno tarda en llegar. Espero que se queden y descubran como estuvo el pollo a la brasa y como pasamos el momento.
The place we went is called Pollos Bella Vista, it is a great place, their dishes are of very good quality, the flavors are extraordinary, and I loved everything I ate there.
This place is not new as far as I remember, it has been open for 10 years or more, when I was a little girl I used to go to this restaurant a lot because they make a very good chicken and I recommend it. When we arrived at the restaurant we were immediately served, and they explained the food that was on the menu, they treated us very kindly all the time. When we saw all the dishes, one dish in particular caught our attention.
El lugar que fuimos se llama pollos bella vista, es un gran lugar, sus platillos son de muy buena Calidia, los sabores son extraordinario y me encanto todo lo que comí allá.
Este lugar no es nuevo que recuerde, tiene como 10 años o más años que abrieron, yo de chiquita iba mucho a este restaurante porque hacen un pollo muy rico y se los recomiendo. Cuando llegamos al restaurante de inmediatos nos atendieron y nos explicaron las comida que se encontraban en el menú, nos trataron muy amable todo el tiempo. Viendo todos los platillos nos llamó la atención uno platillo en especial.

The dish we decided to choose brought a lot of variety, that was one of the things that made us choose this dish. He brought a grilled chicken, flour rolls, yucca, salads, guasacaca and a soft drink.
El plato que decidimos escoger trajo muchas variedades, eso fue unas de las cosas que escogimos este plato. Trajo un pollo a la brasa, bollitos de harina, yuca, ensaladas, guasacaca y un refresco.

Everything was very tasty, one of the things that caught my attention when they brought the chicken was its color, it looked very tasty, that was the first thing I said, when I tasted it for the first time I loved it, it had a very different flavor, it had a grilled flavor that was one of the things that I would love to eat there again. After I tasted the chicken I added guasacaca (guasacaca is a traditional Venezuelan sauce that can be added to any food, where guasacaca is most used is on the grill) after I tasted it again it tasted even better, any dish with guasacaca is very delicious.
Todo estaba muy rico, unas de las cosas que me llamo la atención del pollo cuando lo trajeron, fue su color, se veía muy rico, eso fue lo primero que dije, cuando lo probé por primera vez me encanto, tenía un sabor muy diferente, tenía un sabor a parrilla que fue unas de las cosas que me encantaría volver a comer alla. Después que probé el pollo le eche guasacaca (la guasacaca es una salsa tradicional venezolana que se le puede echar a cualquier comida, donde se utiliza más la guasacaca es en la parrilla) después lo probé de nuevo fue mejor su sabor cualquier platillo con guasacaca es muy delicioso.

After tasting the chicken I tried the salad that was made of cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise, this salad was very delicious, one of the things I love to combine with meals in the cabbage and carrot salad, although the salad sounds simple it is a very rich thing, if you have the opportunity to try it you will not regret it. Little by little I started to try what I had on the plate which was the yucca which was very tasty along with flour dumplings, they are very rich.
This dish is very tasty and I would love to eat it again. I loved everything about this restaurant, if you have the opportunity to come to Maturin visit this restaurant that makes delicious meals.
Después de probar el pollo probé la ensalada que estaba hecha de repollo, zanahoria y mayonesa, esta ensalada estaba muy delicioso, unas de las cosas que me encantan combinar con las comidas en la ensalada de repollo y zanahoria, a pesar de que la ensalada suene sencilla es una cosa muy rica, si tienen la oportunidad de probarla no te arrepentirás. Poco a poco empece a probar lo que tenía en el plato que era la yuca que estaba muy rica junto con bollitos de harina, son muy ricos.
Este platillo es muy rico y me encantaría comerlo otra vez. Me encanto todo de este restaurante, si tienes la oportunidad de venir a Maturín visiten este restaurante que hacen unas deliciosas comidas.

Hola nasa, la verdad a mí también me encanta el pollo asado, tiene esa sensación de ir a comer y divertirse en el proceso, yo siempre voy a un lugar cercano llamado las terrazas del pollo, aunque confieso que aveces lo cambio por pollo empanizado 😂.
Aún así me gustó mucho lo interesante de tu visita y comida, buen provecho atrasado jaja.

Hola @elatlante si todos los tipos de pollo son muy ricos, a mi siempre me ha encantado pollo a la brasa y es un de mis favoritos pero hay veces que lo cambio y como diferentes pollo. Gracias por leer y comentar mi publicación

Y eso es muy raro en mi. 🤣🙈 Pero hiciste que añorara nuestra comida. 😋 Por esa razón cuando hablan de comida trato de no oírlos.
