Looks delicious and its funny how many dishes around the world are very similar to each other but with local variations. I cook fried rice with sausage, same recipe basically but different cooking technique.
Did you grow the peas too?

Indeed, there are so many varieties around from the world.

We don't grow peas anymore. We used to, but you need to be very careful and harvest exactly when it's time. We could not always help my dad in harvesting and it became difficult. The other thing that has contributed to stopping growing them is the type of peas. You buy seeds, they promise you the best quality, then when it's harvest time you see it's not what you wanted. So it's not worth it, rather buy it frozen.
