Hi Foodies friends, how are you? Today I bring you a super simple recipe that you won't regret making... Its preparation and cooking time are minimal, when you try it and know that they are rich will make you want to make more and more! so let's start making this recipe friends.
- Sandwich bread
- bread crumbs
- milk
- Ham
- Cheese
- Ground meat
- Mushrooms (For decoration)
- Garlic
- Butter
- Take two pieces of bread
- fill them with ham, cheese and meat previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
Soak them in the milk after having stuffed them. - Then pass them through a griddle to seal them.
- Then dip them in egg and fill them with breadcrumbs.
- Cook in a deep fryer until they turn brown or 3 minutes per side at high heat
- In a separate pan cook the mushrooms with a little butter and a clove of garlic.
- Serve the mushroom along with the breaded sandwich.

Hola amigos de Foodies, ¿cómo están? hoy les traigo una receta súper sencilla de hacer que no se arrepentirán de hacer... Su elaboración y tiempo de cocción son mínimas, cuando lo pruebes y sepas que son ricas te darán ganas de hacer más y más! así que comencemos a hacer esta receta amigos.
- Pan de sandwiches
- pan rallado
- leche
- Huevos
- Jamón
- Queso
- Carne molida
- Champiñones (Para la decoración)
- Ajo
- Mantequilla
- Tomar dos piezas de pan
- rellenarlas de jamón, queso y carne previamente salpimentada
- remojarlas en la leche después de haberlas rellenado
- Luego pasarlas por una plancha para que se sellen
- Luego pasar por huevo y llenarlo de pan rallado
- Cocinarse en una freidora hasta que se torne de color marrón o 3 minutos por lado a fuego alto
- En un sartén aparte cocina los champiñones con un poco de mantequilla y un diente de ajo
- Servir el champiñón junto con el Sandwich apanado
