Fried aceh noodle recipe
Material:
• 400 grams of wet yellow noodles, ready to use
• 150 grams of ground beef, cut into small dice
• 150 grams of shrimp, split into 2 parts

• 100 grams of cabbage
• 1 L water
• 3 tablespoons spring onions
• 2 tbsp sliced celery
• 3 tbsp cooking oil
• 4 tablespoons sliced red onion
• 3 tbsp sliced garlic
• 3 tbsp red chili
• 1 tbsp sliced turmeric
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp salt

• How to make fried aceh noodles
Turn on the stove to medium heat, heat three tablespoons of oil. Saute the ground spices that have been mashed until fragrant.
In another pot, boil the prawns and beef with 1 liter of water. Cover the pot for 10 minutes so the meat is tender. If it is soft, remove and drain.
Put the cabbage into the stir fry, stir-fry until wilted. Add the wet yellow noodles, scallions, vinegar, and celery. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed. Add meat and shrimp. Stir back.
Turn off the stove and remove from heat. Serve the fried Aceh noodles while hot, sprinkled with fried onions, sliced celery leaves, pickled cucumbers, and fried chips.
