I am Chinenye Joy Afekemor, From the eastern part of Nigeria. I live in Lagos state, Nigeria.
I'm beyond thrilled to finally join this amazing community of food enthusiasts, and I'm excited to share my passion for baking with all of you.
As a first-time member, I'm a little nervous but mostly excited to be here. I've heard so many great things about this community, and I'm looking forward to connecting with all of you, learning from your experiences, and sharing my own knowledge and expertise.
Speaking of which, I'm currently in the process of making a batch of my famous red velvet treats. As you can see from the picture, they're looking pretty delicious, if I do say so myself.
I've always been passionate about baking, and red velvet is one of my favorite flavors to work with.
