Good evening lovers of good food π
I have a new meal recipe to share with you guys and I trust you all would love to try it π€. I prepared it for an occasion to attend the next day, so for me not to go late I needed to prepare the sauce ahead...
MAIN INGREDIENT:
1 full chicken π
1 full cabbage π₯¬
1/2 paint of carrot π₯
Handful of green beans π«
1 tin of Red kidney beans π«
1 paint of fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup of fresh pepper
1big size of yellow bell pepper π«
10pcs of chilly pepper πΆοΈ
1cup of Kidney beans
1kilo of Liver
3 teaspoon of tumeric powder
2satchets of thyme leaf
4pcsBay leaf πΏ
Salt 2 teaspoon
Water from chicken stock
4pcs of spring onion
Seasoning cube: 2 known and 2maggi
Garlic 1 bulb
Ginger 1 medium size
3 big size of onion π§
3 big teaspoon of vegetable oil
STEP:1
I washed the chicken and liver with hot water and salt to kill some bacteria after washing i seasoned it with garlic, ginger, pepper, spring onion, thyme, salt to taste, seasoning cubes and allowed it to steam very well for 5mins before adding 2 cup of water, i covered it to boil for more 5mins before bringing it down..
STEP2:
I now have to wash and slice my veggies separately, blend my pepper and get it ready for preparation
STEP 3:
I dried my pot and poured the blended chilly pepper and fresh tomatoes and allowed the water inside it to dry before adding my vegetable oil, reason is because I don't want to have excess water on my sauce so I dried the tomatoes first. When I'm done adding my vegetable oil,the next thing I added was the sliced onions and I stirred it very well leaving the tomatoes to settle very well before adding carrots, i gave it some minutes to settle well before adding other veggies that i cut to my desired shape, allowing it to steam for 2minutes before adding my seasoning cubes, turmeric powder and the meat stock, the last thing I added to the sauce after adding all the veggies and seasoning cubes was salt.
You all knows that without salt our food will be tasteless, so as the chief ingredients i added 2 teaspoon of salt and stirred it very well.
I covered the pot and allowed it the ingredients to settle very before bringing it down and yes my chicken curry sauce is ready π π€ to be served with either white boiled rice, yam, pasta or however you may like it but i choose to eat mine with white riceπ, which i prepared the following morning. Gosh π€¦ the sauce taste so good π
