What's up Hivers
Today's blog I will share you a delicious homemade recipe. It is a Potato and Chayote with egg. This is my own recipe since my son love's Potatoes and my daughter love's egg very much so what I did is I combined those two in one recipe and add a chayote.
These are the Ingredients:
1 Chayote
3 Potatoes
2 Egg
1 Onion
1 Garlic
1 Red Bell Pepper
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Magic sarap (conditional)
Wash the Potato and Chayote with a clean water. Then use a peeler to peel them but if you don't have a peeler you can use a knife and be careful.
Cut the Potato and Chayote in a julienne cut.
Cut the onion, garlic, and the red bell pepper.
If you have these Ingredients prepared then we're ready to cook.
First thing to do is heat the pan. Then add a little bit of oil, put the garlic and onion. After that put the Chayote first since it is hard and needs enough time to become soft. After it become soft put the potato, potato gets soft easily not like the chayote.
When the two of them were already soft you can add the red bell pepper and the 2 Eggs. This method of cooking is called Saute that uses a small amount of cooking oil in a pan with a high heat.
Now for the seasoning we will use these three the salt, black pepper, and magic sarap. Just a pinch of these three seasonings.
Hooray! we're done and ready to eat for dinner with my family. Actually this dish is the favorite dish of my husband. Hope you did it well and your family loves this dish.
That's all for this blog. Thank you for sparing your time visiting my blog. Adios!
