I am fine by the grace of Allah, I hope all my friends will be fine. After that, at around 11 o'clock in the morning, I was in the mood to eat jalebis. To eat jalebis, I went to the bus stop outside my village. There was a shopkeeper who made and sold jalebis. He had a small shop at the bus stop of our village.
The shopkeeper had a special flour paste made of light red color and when asked, he said that it is prepared by adding flour, baking powder, ghee, milk and a light red color to this paste. The same paste is cooked by putting it in hot ghee in a pan. After cooking the jalebi, it is put in syrup made of sugar for some time and taken out.
The rate of jalebis was 400 rupees per kg. I bought 200 rupees worth of jalebis, ate some at this jalebi stall and brought the remaining jalebis home.
I love to eat jalebis, I love their sweet taste. If you ever eat Jalebi, I hope you will like its taste.

اللہ پاک کے فضل و کرم سے ٹھیک ھوں امید ھے میرے تمام دوست و احباب بھی خیر و عافیت سے ھوں گے آج دن صبح اٹھا اور نہا دھو کر ناشتہ کیا۔ اس کے بعد تقریبا دن 11 بجے جلیبیاں کھانے کا موڈ بنا جلیبیاں کھانے کیلئے میں اپنے گاوں سے باہر بس سٹاپ پر چلا گیا وہاں پر ایک دوکاندار جلیبیاں بنا کر بیچتا ھے اس نے ہمارے گاوں کے بس سٹاپ پر چھوٹی سی دکان بنائ ھوئ وہ جلیبیاں تیار کر کے بیچ رہا تھا میں اس کے پاس چلا گیا وہاں پر جلیبیاں بنانے کا طریقہ دیکھا اور دوکاندار سے بھی جلیبی تیار کرنے کا طریقہ بھی پوچھا۔
دوکاندار کے پاس میدہ کا ایک خاص پیسٹ ہلکے سرخ رنگ کا بنا ھوا تھا اس سے پوچھا تو اس نے کہا کہ اس پیسٹ میں میدہ ، بیکنگ پاوڈر، گھی، دودھ اور ہلکا سا سرخ رنگ ڈال کر تیار کیا جاتا ھے۔ اسی پیسٹ کو کڑاہی میں موجود گرم گھی میں ڈال کر پکایا جاتا ھے جلیبی پکانے کے بعد اس کو کچھ دیر کیلئے چینی سے بنے شیرے میں ڈال کر باہر نکال دیا جاتا ھے جونہی جلیبی کو شیرے میں ڈالا جاتا ھے تو فوری اس کا ذائقہ میٹھا ھو جاتا ھے۔
جلیبیوں کا ریٹ 400 روپے فی کلو تھا میں نے 200 روپے کی جلیبیاں خریدی تھوڑی سی اس جلیبی کے سٹال پر بیٹھ کر کھائیں اور باقی جلیبیاں گھر لے آیا۔
مجھھ جلیبی کھانا بہت پسند ہیں ان کا مٹھاس بھرا ذائقہ مجھے بہت پسند ھے۔ آپ بھی کبھی جلیبی کھا کر دیکھیں امید ھے آپ کو بھی ان کا ذائقہ پسند آئے گا۔
