I have to say, I'm enjoying the scientific approach to describe ice cream so thanks for that!
You've gone for the classic chocolate (my 1st choice), vanilla (my 2nd) and strawberry (3rd) ice cream flavours which are ones you can't go wrong with, but there is a 4th option - mash them all together and enjoy the sweet delights! I often do that if I have 3 scoops of ice cream at a pub, the flavour sensation is wonderful!
