Some people prefer eating carrot raw as a vegetable. Of course, that is the popular way most people know about. However, there are still many other ways. For example, You can juice your carrot, add in salad or in cooked form. Whatever works for you, the most important thing is that you have a habit of consuming this nutritious vegetable.
Here is One innovative way I eat my carrot.
3 carrots.
1tbsp crayfish.
A small bulb of onion.
A pinch of salt. 1/2 tsp of pepper.
2tbsp of vegetable oil.
How to prepare it
Wash and scrape the carrot
Grate the carrot
Dice your onion
Put sauce pan on fire, add vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt, add onion and sautee
Add the grated carrot and stir fry for 10 secs
Add crayfish and pepper stir together for 5 secs
Our carrot is ready
