Hi! I find so smart not to use too much sugar, plus that substitute you use is very stable with temperature changes, for baking it is also a wonder.
I know the heading says it, but I'm surprised to see a cake made with waffles, I don't think I've ever seen this before hahaha it doesn't seem so complicated and it's a fun idea to make with company.
The ingredients of the filling are a delicious combination and the currants decorated beautifully, a very timely gift that undoubtedly adds elegance to the result. Loved it!

Yes, it really is simple and little things can make this cake a far (healthier and lower calorie) sweet treat than all the sugary and sugary other stuff from the industry.
