Hello foodies
Like the day before, this is a very tiring day for me because I have to cook cookies preparation ied fitr.
There are some cookies that I make such as, nastar, cornflex chocolate, earl grey cookies and many more.
But I was not discouraged to prepare the iftar menu.
I prepared several dishes and one of them was 'fried tofu flush'.
This menu is a food that my mother used to serve for iftar menu.
In addition to its delicious taste, this dish is perfect as a light and beneficial appetizer.
This dish can be used as a menu #vegan if bored with other dishes.
How to make it so easy makes you happy to make it.
There are several ingredients to prepare.
As for the ingredients:
- Tofu
- Chili
- Tamarind
- Shallots
- Palm sugar
- Oil meal
- Bean sprouts
- Water
How to make:
- First, fry the tofu and shallots that have been snug using hot oil
- Boil water until boiling, flush bean sprouts with hot water for 10 seconds
- Puree the chillies with a blender or 'ulekan' until completely smooth
- Soak tamarind with a little warm water and remove the tamarind seeds
- Heat the water and pour the fine chillies into the boiling water, then put tamarind water and palm sugar
- When it is cooked, turn off the stove and pour it into a bowl that has been filled with tofu and bean sprouts. Sprinkle fried shallots
- 'Tofu Goreng Siram' is ready to be served
It's easy and simple, isn't it? Yes this is a favorite menu because in addition to delicious also the ingredients used are very easy in can.
