How to Make A Simple Egg Sandwich

Hi everybody. Are you okay? Hope you are doing fine. I want to tell you about the food I made. This food is very good. Before I tell you this food recipe, I will tell you about the history of the food. But, I'm not sure if the food I make is a sandwich. But, it's like a sandwich. I'm confused.

Sandwich was known from 1737 to 1794. Sandwich came from an English aristocrat named John Montagu. John likes playing cards. While he was playing cards, John ordered food that he could finish quickly. The food is meat covering two slices of bread. John's friends ordered it. They call the food a sandwich. even though sandwich is a title from john.

The sandwich is actually named Dari John Montagu. Since then, the sandwich was known as the Sandwich. In the United States 300 million of these foods are made a day. While in the UK, sandwiches are eaten by 31 million every day. Besides burgers, sandwiches are a very popular food in the United States. The famous sandwiches are the turkey sandwich and the ham sandwich.

In Indonesia, this food is not popular. Only a few people make sandwiches for breakfast. Sandwiches are easy to make, especially for those of you who are very busy and don't have much time. In the world, there is Sandwich Day every November 3rd. I tried this food. How to make this food?

The Inggredient

1#. White bread. I use 2 slices of white bread

2#. Eggs, I used 2 eggs

3#. Cabbage, thinly sliced

4#. Carrots, to taste

5#. mushroom broth, to taste.

6#. Butter, to taste

Step by Step

1#. Cut the cabbage and carrots. Put it in a container. Mix with eggs. Mix all the ingredients and don't forget to add the mushroom broth. You can use salt. But since I don't use salt, I use mushroom broth.

2#. Make a hole in the center of the bread to form a square. The center of the hole in the bread, will be filled with a mixture of cabbage, eggs and carrots.

3#. Heat the pan. And add enough butter. Once hot, you can put the white bread.

4#. Once hot, add the beaten eggs with cabbage and carrots. Don't forget to put the dough in the center of the perforated bread. Wait until cooked.

5#. If the bottom feels dry, you can turn the bread over. Wait until cooked.

6#. When you're done, you can transfer the bread you've made to a plate. Repeat again until the bread runs out. I only used two buns.

7#. Once cooked, the food is served. I add a little mayonnaise on top of the bread. I also make juice to accompany this meal.
