1#. White bread. I use 2 slices of white bread
2#. Eggs, I used 2 eggs
3#. Cabbage, thinly sliced
4#. Carrots, to taste
5#. mushroom broth, to taste.
6#. Butter, to taste
1#. Cut the cabbage and carrots. Put it in a container. Mix with eggs. Mix all the ingredients and don't forget to add the mushroom broth. You can use salt. But since I don't use salt, I use mushroom broth.
2#. Make a hole in the center of the bread to form a square. The center of the hole in the bread, will be filled with a mixture of cabbage, eggs and carrots.
3#. Heat the pan. And add enough butter. Once hot, you can put the white bread.
4#. Once hot, add the beaten eggs with cabbage and carrots. Don't forget to put the dough in the center of the perforated bread. Wait until cooked.
5#. If the bottom feels dry, you can turn the bread over. Wait until cooked.
6#. When you're done, you can transfer the bread you've made to a plate. Repeat again until the bread runs out. I only used two buns.
7#. Once cooked, the food is served. I add a little mayonnaise on top of the bread. I also make juice to accompany this meal.
