Many times we exhaust the ideas in our head of how to cook beef, in this opportunity I show how to prepare the same breaded, my aunt who taught me to prepare this recipe called it: Beef medallions and it is ideal to accompany with rice and salad as contours.
Muchas veces agotamos las ideas en nuestra cabeza de como cocinar la carne de res, en ésta oportunidad muestro como preparar la misma empanizada, mi tía quién me enseño a preparar ésta receta le llamaba: Medallones de carne y es ideal para acompañar con arroz y ensalada como contornos.

400 gr. of beef | 400 gr. de carne de res |
1 egg | 1 Huevo |
1 cup of wheat flour | 1 Taza de Harina de trigo |
Oil | Aceite |
Salt | Sal |
Garlic powder | Ajo en polvo |
Adobo | Adobo |
Oregano | Orégano |
Preparation / Preparación:
I started by cutting the beef into medium-sized steaks.
Inicié cortando la carne de res en filetes medianos.
Then in a bowl I seasoned the beef with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, adobo, garlic powder and oregano to taste.
Luego en un recipiente condimenté la carne de res con 1/2 cucharadita de sal, adobo, ajo en polvo y orégano al gusto.
Then in a bowl I added the egg and in a plate the wheat flour. I dredged each steak in the egg.
Luego en un recipiente añadí el huevo y en un plato la harina de trigo. Pasé cada filete de carne por el huevo.
Then I dredged them in wheat flour, breading both sides of the steak.
Luego los pasé por la harina de trigo, empanizando ambos lados el bistec.
Then fry in previously heated oil for approximately 5 minutes on both sides.
Luego freí en aceite previamente calentado, aproximadamente 5 minutos por ambos lados.
Once they are all fried, place them on absorbent paper to remove some of the oil that remains as residue.
Una vez que todos estuvieron fritos, los coloque sobre papel absorbente para retirar un poco el aceite que queda como residuo.
And I served on a plate these crispy breaded beef medallions with rice and a tomato and lettuce salad.
Y serví en un plato estos crujientes medallones de carne empanizados con arroz y una ensalada de tomate y lechuga.
