This weekend I cooked for my sister @noelyss and my daughter Alys some crunchy fish balls with crunchy french fries that they love and had been asking me for days to prepare them, this recipe is quick, delicious and I like it because it is a different option at lunchtime.
El fin de semana cocine para mi hermana @noelyss y mi hija Alys unas crocantes bolitas de pescado desmenuzado con unas crujientes papas fritas que a ellas les encantan y llevaban días pidiéndome que se las preparará, está receta es rápida, deliciosa y me gusta porque es una opcion diferente a la hora de comer.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr. of shredded fish
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Marinade
- Dressing
- Oil
- Wheat flour
Ingredientes:
• 300 gr. De pescado desmenuzado
• 4 Papas grandes
• 1 Huevo
• Sal
• Adobo
• Aliño
• Aceite
• Harina de trigo
Preparation / Preparación:
For the crispy French fries:
Para las crujientes papas fritas:
Start by cutting the potatoes into thick slices, taking into account that we must wash them very well beforehand since we will be cutting with their skins.
Se inicia cortando las papas en ruedas gruesas teniendo en cuenta que antes debemos lavar muy bien ya que cortaremos con su piel.

In a large dish add 3 cups of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of adobo.
En un plato añadiremos grande añadiremos 3 tazas de harina de trigo, 1 cucharada de aliño, 1 cucharadita de sal y 1 cucharadita de adobo.
We mix all these ingredients that will flavor the potatoes and make them crispy.
Mezclamos todos estos ingredientes que le darán sabor a las papas y las dejarán crujientes.
Dredge the potatoes in flour.
Pasamos las papas por la harina.
And finally the potatoes are fried in abundant oil until we observe that they are well browned.
Y finalmente se fritan las papas en abundante aceite hasta que observamos que esten bien doradas.
For the crunchy shredded fish balls:
Para las crujientes bolitas de pescado desmenuzado:
In a bowl season the fish with salt and marinade to taste.
En un recipiente condimentamos el pescado con sal y adobo al gusto.
Mix these ingredients with the fish to flavor it.
Mezclamos estos ingredientes con el pescado para darle sabor.
We add the egg so that the balls do not fall apart.
Le agregamos el huevo para que nos queden las bolitas y no se desarmen.
And mix the preparation.
Y mezclamos la preparación.
With the palm of the hands we make the balls of shredded fish.
Con la palma de las manos realizamos las bolitas de pescado desmenuzado.
Bake the dumplings with wheat flour.
Empanizamos las bolitas con harina de trigo.
Fry the shredded fish balls until they are also quite golden brown.
Se fritan las bolitas de pescado desmenuzado hasta que también estén bastante doraditas.
We transfer everything prepared to a plate and we just have to taste these crunchy balls of shredded fish accompanied with crunchy french fries.
Pasamos todo lo preparado a un plato y solo nos queda probar estás crocantes bolitas de pescado desmenuzado acompañados con crujientes papas fritas.
