On this wonderful day I will share with you how to cook a delicious and juicy steak with tomato sauce ideal for sharing with our family at lunch or dinner is a simple, quick and tasty recipe that your guests will love.
En este maravilloso día les compartiré como cocinar una deliciosa y jugosa carne de bistec con salsa de tomate ideal para compartir con nuestra familia en el almuerzo o cena es una sencilla, rápida y sabrosa receta que les encantará a sus comensales.
Ingredients:
- 400 gr. of steak meat
- Oil
- Mustard
- Tomato sauce
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Adobo
Ingredientes:
• 400 gr. De carne de bistec
• Aceite
• Mostaza
• Salsa de tomate
• Salsa de Soya
• Sal
• Adobo
Preparation / Preparación:
I started by cutting the steaks with a knife into medium-sized pieces.
Inicié cortando los bistec con un cuchillo en trozos medianos.
I then took the pieces of meat to a bowl and added salt and marinade to taste.
Luego llevé los trozos de carne a un recipiente y les añadí sal y adobo al gusto.
Mix the seasonings well with the meat to add flavor.
Mezcle muy bien los condimentos con la carne para agregar sabor.
In a container I added 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of sauce 57, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
En un envase añadí 4 cucharadas de salsa de tomate, 1 cucharada de salsa 57, 1/2 cucharadita de mostaza y 1 cucharada de salsa de soya.
I mixed these ingredients very well until a thick sauce is obtained.
Uní muy bien estos ingredientes hasta obtener una salsa espesa.
Después en una paila grande sofreí la carne con aceite previamente calentado.
Cook the meat on both sides until well seared.
Cocine la carne por ambos lados hasta que estuviera bien sellada.
I added the sauce I had previously prepared to the meat.
Y añadí la salsa que previamente preparé a la carne.
Mix the sauce with the meat and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Mezcle la salsa con la carne y deje cocinar durante 20 minutos a fuego lento.
Once the cooking time was completed, I served with rice and potatoes as contours.
Una vez completado el tiempo de cocción serví con arroz y papas como contornos.
