Hayashi Sushi garden, quality cuisine. ( ENG/ESP)

Good morning hivers how are you? Sorry for my absence in the last few days but with this heat I found it difficult just to write, moreover I was sweating even when I was still, I had no peace either at home or outside, a little better in the afternoons when I went to the river, the only cool place in the country. Yesterday, however, my husband and I plucked up courage and went out to eat, we were out running errands and this restaurant came to mind which had been recommended to us several times by various people, the restaurant is a bit far away in a city called Seano, but it has a really good reputation and good reviews. As soon as we arrive from the outside the place seems like a banal place in a peripheral area above a supermarket but when we enter the place transforms, crossing the door it seems like entering a large garden, a lovely jungle, with plants everywhere, coming down from the ceiling and with various grips, a really cute and cheerful look.

We immediately ordered a drink, tsingtao beer and water. To order they had to scan the QR code and then a fairly varied menu opened, with many appetizers and types of rolls including Thai and Vietnamese ones, many types of sushi, gunkan, huramaki, hossomaki and temaki, sashimi, tartare and many first courses, various types of spaghetti and rice and then second courses such as sweet and sour chicken or tonkatsu, the menu, in addition to Japanese dishes, also had Thai and Chinese dishes. I'll tell you what we got! To start we had a temperature of prawns, some Thai rolls with vegetables (delicious, I had never tried them), two types of fried futomaki, the ones with spicy salmon on top were delicious! Then for me, who loves salmon, we took the classic tartare and sashimi, a great quality of fish, really excellent, not the usual Japanese restaurant with medium quality cuisine, then I took the takoyaki which I love and it is difficult to find them in the restaurants of the my city they were delicious!! With the first course we had spicy soy spaghetti with vegetables, a nice tasty dish and for me I made some mixed ravioli with fish and meat and some chicken and vegetables. The food was all of excellent quality and good portions, we ate a little less than usual because it is really too hot, in fact we decided to return in autumn with a bigger appetite to try other dishes!
