I love radish ,it's an awesome vegetable and can be used in many places , I love it, it's one of my favourite.
Today I prepare a recipe that it's really easy if you have a hoven , may not look good but the taste it's really super.
I brought a made Dough at the supermarket ,usually I make the dough by myself but this time I decide to buy it because I was quite busy and making a good dough for a salty pie requires time.
I put it in the mold, on the hoven paper, remember to use it it's important that I cut some radish little slices ,and I cut the slices too in other little slices, I fry some oil in the Pan and I add to it the radish slice for ten minutes.
Than in the same time I put the inside of five eggs on the mold on the dough.
And I mix It with a spoon .
When the radish is ready I add it on the mold too and I mix It with the eggs than I add on it some parmesan cheeseVabd some quarteroni cheese 🧀 .
Than I pre prepare the oven at 180 for 25 minutes .
Than after that time I put the mold in the hoven for 30 minutes and voila the radish pie it's ready.
Wow, I've never seen anything like that before - looks delicious. I will have to try this - is that a daikon radish?
No no here we don't have daikon radish unfortunately. But it's my grand mother garden radish ❤️
