Special cannolo cake for tomorrow mom's day.

Tomorrow in Italy it's the mom day a d for this special day I prepare a very special cake.
I prepare this cake inspired by a typical Sicilian sweet the cannolo, Sicily have many good sweet and this is one of the most popular.
First you need 1kg of ricotta, some pistaches in pieces and 100 gr of biscuits, some chocolate drops, some cannolo dough and butter and sugar.
First prepare the dough with the biscuits, put them in a circolar mold and put the butter under and over them with a spoon of salt than add than mix the pistache slices with the ricotta and the chocolate drops and put the mixture on the biscuits. Than add other biscuits and cut in pieces the cannolo dough and use it as a decoration, than add to it the pistaches like a rain of pistaches and maybe one candied cherry or a pistache or another candied fruit on the top of the cake.
