Yesterday lunch at Pierluigi

Yesterday we didn't feel like cooking so we went to a place that is now a piece of our heart, Pierluigi's, excellent cuisine and excellent atmosphere. Pierluigi always has different dishes for lunch and the prices are always very convenient and cheap. For us it is always a guarantee, it is convenient to get there and park, it is close to the station and the library and has excellent prices as well as cleanliness, courtesy and many dishes including first courses, second courses, focaccias and pizzas. Yesterday my husband, as always, who is a big fan of his focaccias, took two nice savory and stuffed focaccias, with one porchetta and strips of aubergine inside, the other raw ham and chilli sauce, my husband loves strong flavors and Pierluigi creates focaccias suited to his palate with tasty and not stingy fillings! Instead I went for a classic dish of Italian cuisine which I rarely cook because the process for making ragù is a bit long so when I find it outside the house I immediately take the opportunity to order it, lasagna! Pierluigi's mother cooks and I assure you that it is excellent, the ragù is tasty and thick, the béchamel is delicate and the pasta cooked perfectly, Pierluigi's mother is a real cook, luckily I don't have a mother who cooks like that wisely I would be many kilos extra. As always we spent a fair price also adding two classic Moretti to drink, the authentic Italian beer. As always Pierluigi does not disappoint expectations!

Ayer no teníamos ganas de cocinar así que fuimos a un lugar que ahora es un pedazo de nuestro corazón, Pierluigi's, excelente cocina y excelente ambiente. Pierluigi siempre tiene platos diferentes para el almuerzo y los precios siempre son muy convenientes y económicos. Para nosotros siempre es una garantía, es cómodo para llegar y aparcar, está cerca de la estación y de la biblioteca y tiene excelentes precios además de limpieza, cortesía y muchos platos entre primeros, segundos, focaccias y pizzas. Ayer mi marido, como siempre, que es un gran aficionado a sus focaccias, tomó dos ricas focaccias saladas y rellenas, una porchetta y tiras de berenjena dentro, la otra jamón crudo y salsa de guindilla, a mi marido le encantan los sabores fuertes y Pierluigi crea focaccias. ¡Apto para su paladar con rellenos sabrosos y nada tacaños! En su lugar me decanté por un plato clásico de la cocina italiana que rara vez cocino porque el proceso de elaboración del ragú es un poco largo así que cuando lo encuentro fuera de casa aprovecho inmediatamente para pedirlo, ¡lasaña! La madre de Pierluigi cocina y os aseguro que está excelente, el ragú está rico y espeso, la bechamel es delicada y la pasta está perfectamente cocida, la madre de Pierluigi es una auténtica cocinera, por suerte no tengo una madre que cocine así sabiamente. Serían muchos kilos de más. Como siempre nos gastamos un precio justo añadiendo además a beber dos Moretti clásicas, la auténtica cerveza italiana. ¡Como siempre Pierluigi no defrauda las expectativas!
