I just joined this community, I want to show you one of the traditional Indonesian cakes, this cake is better known as "Kue Butter", come on... See how it's made.
Well, the process of making this cake is very easy, you just prepare flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and enough water. The ingredients that I mentioned above are stirred until smooth in the pan, here is the picture.
The next step is to take part of the dough and shape it like a ball with a diameter of 3cm, but before that, put the head that has been roasted until it is cooked. Here's the head that has been roasted.
Make the dough until it's done by filling the gongsengan head and placing it on the grill so that it can be put into the oven.
Bake the cake for 10 minutes and see the color change, when it's done, please remove it from the toaster
And butter cake filled with grated coconut gonseng is ready to be served. This is my first short recipe for traditional cakes.
