Avocado Cupcake with Raisin Topping

Cakes have always been my mainstay when relaxing with a cup of tea outdoors while enjoying the warm atmosphere that has been quite hot lately. I never imagined that I could make something that I could enjoy while relaxing.
Taking a short break while relaxing your mind when you have to go through a lot of things now.




Today I will invite you to prepare one of my mainstay recipes processed from fruit that you have been using into salads or just accompany you to breakfast. This time, I will make avocado into a delicious cupscake with raisins as the topping.




Avocado Cupscake

Avocado cupscake is a processed avocado that I processed by using fresh avocado puree that I mashed. With the addition of eggs, flour and sugar makes this cake very delicious. Its soft and dense texture makes you will definitely like it very much.

I will invite you to prepare a step-by-step manufacturing process that is very easy for you to replicate at home!.




Ingredients Used

75 grams avocado
70 grams of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon Tbm
2 eggs
125 grams flour
75 gram butter
Enough raisins for topping




Making Procedure


Step 1


Prepare the avocado, then mash the avocado with a fork until the avocado is smooth.

Step 2


Then mix the eggs, sugar and tbm then mixer the eggs with sugar and tbm and vanilla powder.

Step 3


Mixer until fluffy and white with high speed.

Step 4


When it is white, add the avocado then mix again until the avocado dissolves. Now because the color is not too green I add a little pandan paste.

Step 5


Then add flour and milk powder little by little while mixing.

Step 6


Then finally if the dough is right, add liquid margarine stir again with a mixer until well mixed.

Step 7


If the dough is right, prepare the cups then add the dough into the cups.

Step 8


Do it until all the cups are filled, well for this recipe produces 11 cups of cake. Finally, don't forget to add the raisin pieces on top of the cake.

Step 9


Then oven for 30 minutes using top and bottom heat with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

The raisin avocado cupcake is ready to serve, serve it while warm after coming out of the oven more delicious. When cooked you can imagine for yourself the fragrant aroma of the cupcake is very tempting. Especially after it was cooked, I wanted to try it right away.

The sweet taste is just right with a very fragrant cake aroma. There is no bitter avocado flavor at the end as I imagined. Really beyond my expectations, a simple cake from avocado turns out to be very soft and not srek when enjoyed everything fits and most importantly the cupcake is very tasty.

When I was a kid, my mom used to make sheera and would often add food coloring to it. While the yellow pineapple flavored sheera was quite common, she knew how much I loved the color green, so she’d add that instead. It always worked. I’d end up eating more than usual!
