Coconut Milk Aren Sugar Pudding Mixed with Eggs

This is one of the classic ways of preparing pudding that has been served at home for generations. But there is a slight modification with a different touch of pudding by adding coconut milk to create the flavor you want.




Hi all foodies, today I will invite you to prepare one of the special recipes from processed palm sugar and coconut milk processed with jelly to create a special pudding that is delicious and authentic. As I mentioned above, this pudding is a classic pudding that uses jelly and egg combination, only here I combine it with coconut milk to make it taste more savory and characterful.

This palm sugar pudding is one of the many puddings that my mother really likes, so this pudding is often one of the foods that are often in the house. Besides the delicious taste, it's also very easy to prepare!.

Ingredients

1 pack of unflavored agar-agar
1 egg
400 ml thick coconut milk
50 grams palm sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
1 pandan leaf
50 ml water




Procedure For Making


Step 1


Dissolve sugar with water until completely dissolved.

Step 2


Add vanilla powder and pandan leaves, then cook, when everything is mixed turn off the heat.

Step 3


Then add the jelly powder and then stir until evenly distributed.

Step 4


Then add one egg into the coconut milk then beat both until evenly mixed.

Step 5


Add coconut milk to the cooking pot then cook the jelly until it boils, make sure when cooking it is stirred to form beautiful egg granules.

Step 6


Then pour the jelly in the mold, wait for it to cool and harden the jelly is ready to serve.

Serve the palm sugar pudding when it is cold in the refrigerator or room temperature, both conditions are suitable for serving. But enjoy it while you're craving a delicious and filling pudding with this simple combination of ingredients.

The flavor is so good, the sweetness of the palm sugar combined with the coconut milk and the softness of the eggs is hard to describe. I think this is a very authentic and classic dessert. Even though it is usually made without coconut milk, using coconut milk does not make it different at all, it just has a new flavor that I was amazed by. Moreover, the addition of egg does not make this dessert fishy at all.

Please what is an arga-arga? I am just hearing of a pudding for the first time, I guess it will be a very delicious meal. I might eventually have to try is it out myself, but I probably don't even know what the major ingredient is
