Hi foodies lovers, it's a pleasure to share with you one of the different cake recipes at home. This time it's a jackfruit-based cake. This cake is made from jackfruit which I made into a pang cake. The beautiful result with amazing softness makes anyone who enjoys it will want it again and again. One thing that makes me love this cake is the aroma. Even during the baking process, you will smell the best aroma in the house.

I found this cake recipe on the internet a while ago, which made me very curious. Yeah that's because I also got quite a lot of jackfruit souvenirs from my mom's friend who harvested one big jackfruit and gave half of it to my mom. Therefore I do not want jackfruit wasted because after enjoying it directly there is still quite a lot left. So I'm looking for simple and delicious jackfruit preparations, namely baked jackfruit cakes.

Curious about the recipe, let's take a look at the step-by-step preparation. It will definitely be very easy for you to do!

The jackfruit cake was ready to eat, I took the cake out as soon as it had cooled down a little after coming out of the oven, then cut a slice and tasted it. Who would be able to resist the aroma as good as this haunting the whole room of the house. It made me so hungry that I had to try it immediately. I'm so glad that the first impression of making this cake made me fall in love with it. The texture of the cake is not hard and most importantly the cake is cooked evenly with a stable oven temperature.

The sweetness is just right and most importantly the texture of jackfruit is not even visible in the cake but the flavor and aroma is quite pronounced. If you are a jackfruit lover I think this is definitely a cake that will be perfect for you. Lovers of sweet and also soft cakes take a look at this I highly recommend this cake to be able to accompany you relaxing with family!.

I love cakes!!! But I haven’t tasted or seen any cake with jackfruit.
This look so delicious though. Nice..

You should try any combination with ripe jackfruit, it's so good, the aroma is so fragrant.

That delicious! Jackfruit adds such a unique flavor and aroma to cakes. I bet it turned out soft and heavenly!

It's so soft that it feels right in the mouth, the sweetness doesn't make it nauseating. And most importantly the aroma that makes you want to try it immediately.
