Hello Hive, how are you all guys? I hope you are well. Today I am back with another is Beef Rezala Recipe. We all love to eat beef, But the current financial situation of the country is very bad. The price of daily commodities in the market is very high, which is very difficult for a middle class family like us. Currently our expenditure is more than our income, our demand is increasing day by day but we are not able to buy many things because the price of goods has increased so much that it is beyond our affordability.
Currently beef prices have doubled to tripled. Which has become impossible for the middle class like us to buy and eat. Day by day, many of our wishes remain unfulfilled. There is no telling what the future holds for our children. To tell the truth, even if I want to, I can't fulfill their wishes all the time. It is that only all parents understand how much pain it is for our parents. In our house we try every Friday to make some good food, among them we try to make meat and Polao. Because on Friday everyone stays at home and has a lot of fun. When I cook meat, Elma and her father's smell of meat makes them hungry. After a while they say that the meat is cooked, we will eat some, and when the meat is cooked, they start eating little by little. I really like it too, seeing their madness. I have talked a lot, now let's prepare the beef rezala recipe.
- Beef - one kg
- Desi potato- 200 grams
- Onion big - three pieces
- Garlic cloves - five pieces
- Dry chillies- three pieces
- Ginger paste- one spoon
- Garlic paste- one spoon
- Cumin powder- one spoon
- Coriander powder- one spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Almond powder- one spoon
- Tomato sauce- one spoon
- Soybean oil- like amount
- Cardamom- five pieces
- Cinnamon - three pieces
- Cloves - three pieces
- Large cardamom - one piece
- Bay leaves - two pieces
- Pepper- four-five pieces
- Turmeric powder - one spoon
- Chilli powder- one spoon

First, cut the beef and wash it well. I peeled the potatoes and washed them.
I hand rub the meats and then sit them, so I mix all the ingredients together in the meat and marinate it for 15 minutes.

Then put enough oil in a Fri Pan and fry it for a minute with garam masalas. Then I fried the onions brown with chopped onions.

Then I gave the marinated meat and also added some water on it.

I removed some garlic cloves and dried chillies and gave only the skins. Then mixed well with salt, almond powder and tomato sauce, marinated the meat for 15 minutes.

When grated, add two cups of hot water and cook for another 20 minutes. Then I cooked it with native potatoes for another ten minutes.

I kept the heat of the stove on medium and cooked it. After the meats were cooked well, I finished cooking and then took it out of the oven and served it hot.
I served paratha and meat on breakfast for Elma. I also prepared pollao for them in the lunch time. We all ate this Polao meat and eggplant chutney. We all really ate the food very satisfied today and I felt very good too.
