Healthy yet versatile

There's that one saying that goes like this 'you are what you eat ' would i say i concore, or i really do hold dear that statement
Here is why i like the statement
If you do on junk foods, you actually know what that can mean. What if you're always on fatty foods? I believe you wouldn't want to explore the outcome. But when you keep talking a combined ratio of healthy foods, really you will be healthy! And so i will say i am healthy even though i go natural, yes also i am natural
I want to share my experience with one of my favorite foods, cause I don't have only one favorite food
Yam tuber is that one African food I love so much that I can go on and on enjoying it in various ways
Would you believe this is yam recipe?

I fried it here and have to spice it up, and it's healthy!
On other occasions I boil it and enjoy it with vegetable souce, egg souce, and even the most celebrated ugba/ukpaka(A traditional Nigerian dish made from oil bean Seed) with red oil souce
I equally cooks it porridge , just so I get to enjoy my food in a different way

Do you know it can be roasted? This is the picture of it

As a foodbee my love for yam will keep making me grow in style for it is healthy yet versatile
How can I forget the one process that have gotten many enjoy humor while preparing, I call it poundoInfact there are so many other ways I've enjoyed my yam and I know many friends who are pretty in love with this particular natural food , I remember on our team's hangout the one of @shokin day 11 a friend @debbydaniels went for boiled yam and egg souce and I am really proud of her for that as the @distriator did the rest with her discount
