Cake with apples and fine vanilla cream - recipe

Apple desserts can also be eaten during the summer. If you want something refreshing, you can prepare apple cake in winter, because apples are always available on the market.

There are many recipes with which you can make juicy apple cakes, apple cake can be made in various variants.

It is considered that sweets are not healthy, we can freely say that apple cake almost always belongs to the healthier variants. If you add a little more cinnamon, it will be a complete hit.

On this occasion, I prepared a cake with apples and a fine vanilla pudding cream.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 375 grams of flour
  • 230 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of butter
  • one egg
  • one teaspoon of baking powder
  • one kilogram of apples
  • a large spoonful of cinnamon
  • one tablespoon of butter
  • 2 vanilla puddings
  • 750 ml of milk

APPLE PREPARATION:

Wash the apples, cut them into quarters and grate them coarsely.

When you have grated the apples, put a large spoonful of butter in a certain bowl.

Put the apples on a medium temperature and simmer, while they are simmering, we prepare the peel.

PREPARATION OF THE CRUST:

In one bowl, add the flour, which we mixed with a small spoon of baking powder.

Then add the butter, the butter should be at room temperature, cut it into cubes and add the egg.

Make the mixture with a mixer, it will be a bit rougher like balls, but such a mixture should be.

Place the baking paper in the baking tray, spread half of the mass on it and then shape the dough a little with your hands.

At 180 degrees, turn on the oven and put the crust in the oven for only 5 minutes just to catch the crust.

PUDDING PREPARATION:

Put milk and 4 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl if you like sweeter, when the milk boils add pudding and wait for it to thicken.

Take the crust out of the oven, which is not ready, but just caught the crust and arrange.

Then we add the pudding, which we will also arrange, over the apples.

over the pudding we will spread half of the rest of the mixture that we have left, we will not press this part but leave it in the shape of balls.

Return the cake to the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
