Dear friends of a rich and delicious lunch, today I present you my recipe, juicy cutlets from the oven, in a fine sauce.
Meat is an integral part of the kitchen, and it should not be avoided, because it is in the pyramid of healthy eating.
Meat is a food that is rich in protein, regardless of which meat we consume red or white meat.
By consuming meat, we take into the body enough essential amino acids that are necessary for the creation of proteins that are the building blocks of every cell in our body.
Meat would be recommended to be consumed at least three times a week.
I prepare it in my kitchen, I like juicy and crispy meat, it all depends on the method of preparation and which meat is in question.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kg chops
- mustard
- vegeta
- salt
- rosemary
- basil
- A little ground red pepper
- oil
FOR SAUCE:
- three onion heads
- one carrot
- one primrose
- 200 ml of tomato juice
- 200 ml of water
- one teaspoon of sugar
PREPARATION:
Wash the meat well and squeeze it well from the water.
Coat the meat with mustard on all sides evenly.
Leave it to stand and prepare the marinade during that time.
Put oils in one bowl and add half a teaspoon of each spice.
When you have added each ingredient, mix well and coat the meat on all sides and let it stand for a while so that the meat absorbs the marinade.
Then fry the meat in hot oil, on both sides so that the meat catches a nice color.
When the meat has got a nice color, arrange it in an oiled pan.
PREPARATION FOR SAUCE:
Cut the onion into semicircles.
Grate the carrots and primroses on a large grater.
Then, in the same oil where the meat was fried, add the onion and simmer it a bit.
When the onion is a little simmered, add grated carrot and primrose.
Then stir it and add tomato juice, water. Season to taste and add one teaspoon of sugar, tomato juice can be sour, so to remove that acidity, add a little sugar, the sauce will get a slightly sweet taste.
When the sauce has boiled and combined the ingredients, place it over the meat in the pan.
Spread the sauce over the meat, then cover it with foil.
Turn the oven to 200 degrees and put the meat in the oven, after about half an hour, reduce the temperature to 180 and leave for another twenty minutes. Do not turn the meat during baking.
Juicy and tasty meat can be served with any side dish and salad, an ideal lunch.
