Pumpkin cream soup has become increasingly popular in recent years. As pumpkin is an extremely healthy food, this dish is also a perfect choice for cold days, follow the recipe and enjoy the taste!
INGREDIENTS:
500 g of pumpkin
2 onions
2 carrots
2 potatoes
200 ml sour cream for cooking
oil
vegetable spice (vegeta)
a little nutmeg
PREPARATION:
cut the onion into larger cubes, the carrot into rings.
cut the pumpkin into cubes,also cut the potatoes into cubes.
in the bowl you planned to cook the soup, add oil when it heats up a bit, add onion.
fry the onion to get a nice color and become sweet.
stir and simmer a little more, then add the pumpkin.
stir well to simmer a little, the pumpkin will also release the water it contains.
finally add the potatoes,we also add water to cover the vegetables.
cover the pot, I prepared the soup in an express pot.
when the vegetables are well cooked, use a mixer and blend the soup.
add spices 2 tablespoons vegetable seasoning.
a little nutmeg
and at the very end add sour cream for cooking, the soup will get a fine structure and be creamier.
this warm soup invigorates on cold days, delicious and very healthy.
