today I made a cake of the children's choice, children usually like their cakes to be creamy with a lot of filling and maybe include cookies with ground biscuits.
LITTLE TIPS:
To make cakes, eggs must be fresh. You can check if the eggs are fresh by gently placing them in a bowl of water - the eggs that sink are fresh.
If you forgot to take the eggs out of the fridge to warm to room temperature, you can soak them for twenty minutes in lukewarm water, the eggs are not used directly from the fridge.
If you overdo the whipping of the sweet sour cream (it has become too firm, it has clotted), add a little cold milk and whisk again to make it smooth. If you use whipped cream powder, mix it with cold milk or mineral water.
For a good cake, do not underestimate the importance of using the appropriate flour, and it is best to follow the recipe. For making all cakes, it is best to use soft, smooth flour.
When stirring the cake crust, stick to the same speed, always stir in the same direction.
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 dl oil
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 baking powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 300 ml of cold chocolate milk
CREAM INGREDIENTS:
- 250 ml of sweet sour cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 400 g sour cream
- 300 g of ground plasma
FOR DECORATION POWDER CREAM, BY ADDING COLOR OF YOUR DESIRE, I USED BLUE.
CAKE PREPARATION:
In a certain bowl, add eggs and sugar.
Mix with a mixer at the same speed in the same direction, until you get a smooth mass of light yellow color.
when we get a smooth mass we add oil.
In another bowl, mix the baking powder with the flour and add spoon by spoon and stir evenly.
When you have put the flour at the end, add the chocolate powder, mix everything together and the crust mixture is ready.
Coat the pan with a little oil and sprinkle with flour.
In the prepared pan, add the prepared crust mixture, flatten it nicely and bake the crust at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
When the crust is ready, turn it over on a tray, pour cold chocolate milk over the hot crust. The crust will absorb the chocolate milk and will be very tasty and soft.
CREAM PREPARATION:
Put sweet sour cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and stir, not too much because it can happen that sweet sour cream gets lumps.
Then add sour cream and stir to combine the mass.
When the mass is combined, add the ground biscuits and mix everything together with a mixer.
Coat the prepared crust, which has already absorbed the chocolate milk, with cream.
FOR CAKE DECORATION:
I used 180 g of whipped cream powder with 300 ml of cold mineral water, at the end I added edible blue color. you can decorate the cake of your choice.
