I'm not a kid but loooooove these kinds of snacks or protein bars. It has been too long since I made any. Now you inspired me. I think I need to make some on the weekend. The one thing for me is that they have to be small because despite all the healthiness - they're a lot of calories, healthy calories but calories. I have some mini muffin forms that I used for them and that worked great.
Hmm, haven't heard of Baobab powder yet - off to research...
