Some people have been asking for a while now exactly how we eat these things, so we thought it best to make a video showing some growing, harvesting, cleaning, and cooking them. These Snake Gourds are technically the "Kikinda Competition Strain Edible Gourd" that we originally sourced from Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company. After first growing and eating these years ago, they quickly became one of our Top 3 Garden Plants, and we've been saving our own seeds for them and growing them for years now.
