Hello my fellow Hivers How are you? I hope everything is fine. It's been a while since I last posted here and I'm happy to be back.
Today is my 4th day of home quaratine. Staying at home is not easy for me because I am not used to it. You will also be tempted to eat and eat, stress eating as they say. But I preferred to eat healthy although it is stressful. And my today's meal is here:
By the way, I am practicing a low carb diet and I eat once in a day only or we called it OMAD. Instead of rice, I replaced it with Cauliflower Rice. Oh, how did I prepare Cauliflower Rice? I just sliced it into small pieces, used food processor to process it to become like rice and I used microwave to cook. I partnered with two eggs, air fried chicken wings and air fried pork belly and that's it, I enjoyed and rewarded my tummy after 24hrs of fasting with this healthy food.

Sometimes I eat Cauliflower rice but I get it from Costco, it's a healthy substitute to rice.
How do you find the taste? I'm used to eating this if I want to add some carbs to my food.
