RE: Tip our staff

I fully agree with you.
I'm just starting the whole thing and trying to get my people in there. The first photos of the kitchen while working are already online and the next one I will get today. It is very difficult to get nonbloggers and noncryptos into the topic, otherwise they would do it themselves.
So step by step, first show what it's all about and how they can benefit from it.
Then, my hope is definitly, that more will come slowly than just a few pictures. My plan is that the posts come entirely from our people and I only have to upload them or they do it themself.
To be honest, if I would write full stories, why should people do anything? It comes anyway and they just wait for money. I don´t blame for that but all humens are the same.
When people recognice, that benefits come with a tiny bit work, they do it.
And then, they are into crypto.
Thats how everyone, you, me, and all the hivians here will profit.
Anyhow, if it is not working, it will just a few Dollar in crypto for tip. Better than nothing.

I think a good way to get them into creating content is providing a small template, like a form they have to fill about each plate, this way the posts will have the minimum information required and from that they can slowly grow. My post for example, I give myself a basic information that I need to have and after that come the story time.

My voting power is small and my voting mana is down, so I'll give a share to my favorite pics haha.

Let them know there is interest about what they can to share, I'm into it! Just need to be less direct about what is it for. Maybe add the name of the dish to the title like, so the series is "tip our staff" and the chapter is the dish of the day.

Good idea. Wait for the next post. I will use your idea.
