It ain't Valentine's but we were surprised to see a bouquet and not just a regular bouquet of red roses but a bouquet of delish donuts. So how did I end up munching these donuts?

My boss is the immediate past president of one of the Chambers of Commerce here in the Philippines. With his exposure in the business sector, he's been in close contact with government agencies. In one program of the local government through a project called Sugbo Negosyo, he mentored a budding small food enterprise in the name of Acacia Mercado. This food enterprise is originally from Alcantara, a town in the southern part of Cebu. Near the famous beach destination of Badian and Moalboal. The project lasted a few months with the objective of helping SMEs transform their business model and ultimately look into possible ways of expanding their business. During its culmination, the owners of Acacia Mercado brought these donuts to our office. And of course, we're more than happy to eat them!

Acacia Mercado donuts almost got the same quality as the famous JCo Donuts and Krispy Kreme Donuts. If you ever pass by Alcantara, drop by their cafe and try their donuts! They also have pizzas but they don't look good.

It's happy to see how the local government has been active in helping small and medium enterprises up their game. Especially now that businesses are slowly going back to normal.

:P yea! who need flowers..

I like the purple heart one!

Oh you love blueberries then?

I like blueberries, but I just thought it was clever to make a purple heart.. (if they even did that on purpose..)

probably not tho. it's the medal people get for getting wounded while fighting/doing a brave thing in the military.

Oh, I see! But I think it has nothing to do with this medal. hehe But blueberries are still yummy, it's my favorite actually!

This is the perfect bouquet!!!💞💞💞

I know right, @noemilunastorta! Shall we tag our admirers and lovers to give them an idea what to give to us next? hehe
