I have finally decided that chicken thighs have more flavor!

But at times, I use thigh part, too.

You're on point! Shrimp paste or what we call bagoong is something we eat as a side dish here in the Philippines. There are times, it's the main dish. Haha The one I used is sweet and spicy, imagine the play of flavors here. Wishing you luck in trying this dish! Trust me, you'll love this dish! 😋😉
Haha! I should have said that I think thigh meat has perhaps more flavor, but, I prefer the beast meat. The rest of the family likes thigh meat. I think it is a fattier part of the chicken. I didn't check that fact. :)
Thanks for that! I am always experimenting with the different pastes that come out of Asia. They add complex flavors and much yumminess!
