Con tan solo unos poquitos ingredientes que tenía a la mano en mi cocina prepare esta tortilla que decidí colocarle como nombre tortilla mixta solo tuve que tener como ingredientes
- 1 Papá la cual corte en pequeños cuadrados y freir
- 2 Tomate
- 100g de Queso
- 2 huevos

Empezamos colocando los tomates para sofreímos

Al tener el tomate sofrito agregamos el queso yo utilice queso de cabra tiene pica sal y es un queso que se derrite bastante rápido
