Today I will be sharing a recipe which I have made today. It is one of my favourite food as well as the kids. So Let's Start,

Making Process
Step- I
First of all, I have gathered the ingredients for this recipe. Above I have mentioned what ingredients I will use in this recipe. First, I have cut the vegetables into a specific size. I have cut the potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and washed them well. I have also finely chopped the onion. I have also kept the dry ingredients close to me so that I can use them at the right time.
Step-II
Since the name of my item today is Chicken Biryani, I first cut the chicken breast into small pieces. I cleaned the rice with water.
Step-III
Then I heated the oil in a pan. I added chopped onions, raisins, pepper, cloves and cinnamon to the hot oil. I fried these ingredients in the oil on low heat. After frying for a while, I added the pre-cut chicken pieces. At this stage, I added salt. You can add salt to your taste.
Step- IV
When the chickens were brown in colour, I added the next ingredients here. I mixed the vegetables and mixed them well with the chicken. Then I lightly fried all the ingredients. At this stage, I added the paste and powdered spices. As per the above-mentioned quantity, I added ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, almond paste, jaiphal-jayatri and shahi cumin paste. Then I added the chillies and turmeric powder. Also, I used a special spice which is called "Radhuni Biryani Mixed". This special spice will enhance its flavour.
Step-V
In this step, I added bay leaves. I cut the bay leaves into two pieces. Then I added about two cups of water and covered them to boil them well. This step will take another 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Step- VI
In this step, I added the rice. I mixed all the ingredients well with the soaked rice. The rice needs to be fried well for a while. It should take about three to four minutes to fry. Then I added boiling hot water. You can't use normal-temperature water here. You have to use boiling water all the time. After adding the water, I covered it with a lid and left it to cook for a while. In between, I stirred it with a stick so that some of the rice didn't stick to the bottom.
Step- VII
Then I served it hot. The kids really liked this dish.
