Today, I will be sharing a recipe which I made the last day. It is one of the most famous and traditional foods in my country.

Oil | 1/2 cup |
Making Process
Step- I
First I gathered all the ingredients to prepare this curry. I chopped the onion, cut the tomato into 7 pieces and washed the chillis with fresh water. I have cleaned all the Shrimp before, so it took me a few minutes to clean again.
Step-II
Then I heat a pan and pour 1/2 cup of oil here. When oil is heated I drop bay leaf for flavor. I tear the leaf into three parts. Let it fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step-III
Then I drop chopped onion and fry it until the colour becomes brown.
Step- IV
Then I add ginger pest and garlic pest. Here, the colour of the garlic paste looks different because I am using Chinese garlic, which changes colour after blend. Then I add all the ingredients left as per my mentioned quantity. I add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt. I poured 1 cup of water so that it mixed well.
Step-V
Now I add the Shrimp. Mixed the shrimp with spices so it becomes delicious. I cover it for about 5-6 minutes.
Step- VI
Then I add tomato slices. This will make the curry perfect. In this step, I pour water again.
Step- VII
I add green chilli just before serving my curry. Take a look at how tempting it looks. Here in Bangladesh, we eat Shrimp curry with rice.
