Hello friends
Happy and blessed weekend to you all of my friends in this amazing community, how are you all doing today, and how was your day? I hope everything goes perfectly fine, I'm so delighted to be here with you all and to share my post with you all, i hope I'm highly welcome, i want to use this opportunity to share with you all on the step by step process on how i prepare and fried this delicious Nigerian buns.
It was a great idea for me when i talked to myself about making this Nigerian buns, i was like how will i start and were will i start, i told my senior sister about it which i know that she has experience about it, she was so excited more than i thought, she saidw it a nice idea that is very nive for me to know how to make it that it really good in life for a lady to learn how to make some different types of foods or cuisine, because it might help tomorrow.
Well she accepted to show me how to prepare it but i was don't financially stand enough to buy some ingredients that she asked me to buy, so i postpone it from last week to this weekend because i wanted to make it enough for sell also because flower is too costly, so this week i went to the market and bought them.
So i firstly go through YouTube to check on how to prepare it so that it will help me also and easier for me to follow the steps.
The ingredients used are:-
The flower
The barking powder
Gist
Max gold flavor
Butter
Vegetable oil
Let's start
I firstly start by putting two cups of water inside a basin then i put three full spoon of sugar, two spoon of salt and 1 sachet of max gold flavor.
After that i put two small spoon of gist and baking powder then i turned it to mix properly.
I then added butter inside the water.
After that i start putting flower inside and mixed it together with the ingredients
After mixing the flower with all the ingredients to my satisfaction i then start cutting it to the size needed.
I now set up my fire and put in one buttle of grandnut oil inside the pot and start frying them, after putting the oil i waited for some second then i start putting the buns inside.
I waited for some minutes before turning them.
I fried them till the last pot.
Here is the final look, after frying.
Wow, the taste was so sweet, people didn't believe it's my first time trying it, it xome out so delicious, my sister was so proud of me.
