Hello estimados amigas y amigos de la comunidad HIVE, en este momento les presento una ricas y deliciosas empanadas de corazón ideales para meriendas, compartir y celebrar el día del amor y las amistad, las acompañe con una deliciosa salsa de ajo aliñada.
Hello dear friends of the HIVE community, at this time I present to you a delicious and delicious heart-shaped empanadas ideal for snacks, sharing and celebrating the day of love and friendship, I accompanied them with a delicious seasoned garlic sauce.
Los materiales a utilizar son:
The materials to be used are:
- 1 taza de harina de Arroz Precocidad Blanca.
- 1 cup Precocidad Blanca Rice Flour.
- 1 Taza de harina de Arroz Amarilla.
- 1 Cup of yellow rice flour.
- 3 Cucharadas de Harina de Trigo.
- 3 Spoonfuls of wheat flour.*
- 3 Cucharadas de Azúcar.
- 3 Spoonfuls of sugar.
- 1 Cucharada de sal.
- 1 Spoonful of salt.
- 2 Taza de Agua.
- 2 Cup of water.
- 2 Taza de Aceite.
- 2 Cup of oil.
Para dar inicio a mi preparación, en un bol de cristal añado mis dos tazas de agua.
To start my preparation, in a glass bowl I add my two cups of water.
Luego el azúcar y la sal.
Then the sugar and salt.
Siguiendo con la harina de trigo.
Continuing with wheat flour.
Ahora añado mi taza de harina amarilla precocidad, sigo con la otra taza de harina blanca precocidad.
Now I add my cup of yellow precocity flour, followed by the other cup of white precocity flour.
Una vez ya teniendo todos los ingredientes unidos procedo amasar mi mezcla.
Once I have all the ingredients together I proceed to knead my mixture.
En otro envase mas pequeño colocaremos agua para tender la masa.
In another smaller container, place water to spread the dough.
Una vez tiendo la masa en una capa muy fina sobre la bolsita transparente, relleno con el queso, doblo y corto el corazón, en esta ocasión me ayude con un corazón corto en una cartulina.
Once I spread the dough in a very thin layer on the transparent bag, I fill it with the cheese, fold it and cut out the heart, this time I used a heart cut out of a piece of cardboard.
Mientras tiendo mis empanadas, voy calentando mi caldero con aceite.
While I lay out my empanadas, I heat up my cauldron with oil.
Coloco mi empanada en el caldero ya con mi aceite caliente. Hasta dorar
I place my empanada in the cauldron with my hot oil. Until golden brown.
Terminada de cocinar mis empanadas, preparare una deliciosa salsa de ajo aliñada.
Once I have finished cooking my empanadas, I will prepare a delicious seasoned garlic sauce.
En un morterito de madera coloco 1/2 cabeza de ajo la cual triturare, en un bol pequeño añado mi cilantro triturado, cuadritos de aguacate, la mayonesa y un poco de sal, sigo uniendo hasta obtener una pasta ,
