I had the same problem as you when I was young... I couldn't get weight... Now I have the opposite problem... lol...
Isn't suppose to take Whey proteins AFTER the workout? It should help with muscles recovery if I got it right?

Yeah, it can be taken after workout and also anytime with meal.. I take the creatine before and after workout. Thanks for coming by.
